the way i read it, it sounds like he was pretty sure they were the same person, but wanted to see if it was even against the rules (which WAS his inquiry either way.)

and i have comfirmation that ABI and monkey are 2 different people.

I represent a few players, and we would like to lodge a report against monkey™(#39433) who is also known as A^Bloody^Idiot(#8752).

Both of them are the same person who has been using both the accounts to launch multiple / grudge attacks as well as to bully and threaten players....when 1 account is out of range, he will use the other account to attack....

rite there he is saying that he knows for certain that they are the same person...

but he ASKED if it was against ToS, which even if they were the same, it isn't, as they were played as seperate people. So what he SAID is mute, as well as the fact that I KNOW they're NOT the same person.

funny, I am calm. And if I hadn't changed, Emi would already have rebanned me, so obviously he sees i have.

And I never "lost my cool". I stated it, and told others to state it, that I deleted what I did to get Emi's attenton, and it worked. Drastic, yes. but something had to be done, and no one had the balls to do it. So i stepped up. I didn't beg to be unbanned, as i was still allowed to play the game. I stated my case, why i did what i did, and why i'd like to be unbanned, and he accepted and agreed.

you need to get your facts straight, and quit being so uptight. The internet is a free place, if i put my opinion in somewhere, you either like it and reply, hate it and reply, or ignore it. Maybe you should do the 3rd if my opinion bothers you so much.

and on topic, yes spayed i did miss the point, my bad. You guys ARE correct, he stated they were the same person and then asked if it was against ToS.
