I actually banned one of the accounts forumComrad. I'm not too sure why it wasn't banned anymore

I have seen those account I sent a message to one of them telling him I would ban the account if he did not reply as he is not an admin as far as I know.

I moved this topic to report abuse and locked it as nothing more needs to be said on it.
