Encounters aren't very helpful on Wars....
Only the Bio Experiments and Black Holes are really worth doing.

yea i know that, but if i max im going to have a planet making close to 20 quad a day am i not??
you guys max on wars and keep that planet dont ya?

The largest planet on wars is under 600 tril cap.. It's Rabbites Gaia and I think it is about 590 tril.. I believe carl and jessie are the only other two to have planets bigger than 100 tril cap.. So, no planet is making 20 quad a day...
