Personal messages are personal and it seems that there was a conversation going on and you only showed the bad side of it. to be fair in report abuse you should show the whole conversation.

...thank you waylain, I was going to yell at him myself. Topic locked due to...total waste of time. please do NOT post something unless you plan to follow through all the way with the report.

I must assume that the reason you are not continuing with the report is because you broke the ToS in those messages as well. This is why we don't usually act upon personal messages, as people alter them when reporting at their leasure, making them look good and the others look worse, and then "accidentally" delete their entire in and out boxes, so no records other than theirs exists.
