How are multiple weapon components compounded?

Is it supposed to be purely additive? (12 weapons with 5.000 attack = 60.000 attack)
Or is there some kind of formula?

And is the ACU just averaged out?

Attack just first calculate to the attack. Then do that attack x 0,99^x   were x is the number of weapons used.

Acc is just all weapons / all weapons: 3x 1% + 8x 50% = 403/ 11= 36,6 = 37% acc
