Well borg is right, but you're in luck, I am online right now.
One of your topics is blatantly copied from my stickied post with shield and computer lists, so that one's certainily not getting sticked...
I'm afraid I'm not really in a position to judge the accuracy and usefulness of your guides as I haven't played on main for quite some time, but I have some comments anyway. I had a hard time understanding most of it, it lacked visible organization, and a lot of that information already looks like it's been posted, in the stickied threads...
Anyway, that's why your posts aren't getting stickied by me. Maybe you'll fix em up or maybe someone else will be able to understand them and will decide they're worth stickying, but it's not me.

Yeah I haven't been on in a while, and there does seem to be some weird spam on the forums now. I deleted what I saw...not like many people still play here though.

General Talk / General Discussion / Re: The definition of a killer fleet...

The definition of 'killer fleets' was expanded to include 'tiny man' sort of designs (ships designed to be more expensive but have less power than other ships with similar strength). Most current players are more familiar with this kind of killer fleet than the 'kami' fleets like you encountered mannaman. both could be classified as killer fleets, just one is more colloquial. but what do I know, I haven't been on main since aliens came around.

General Talk / General Archive / Max Out Information

Before you make a new topic or revive an old one asking a question about WARS server maxing out, resetting, or the like, please read this brief explanation.
It IS possible to max out on WARS. Several players have already done so. Currently the max is 9.22 (and change) quintillion power + credits on hand. When a player on WARS maxes, they receive a partial reset, in that all their credits and ships are removed, their commander is set to level 0, and they lose all commander bonuses. They retain their planet and stations, as well as research, and mothership modules. They also receive a free year's worth of a GOLD Upgrade.
No one else is reset except for the player that maxed.
If your question still isn't answered, you may ask it here.
