- Line assemble and building max bonus has been increased.

To tackle the cost if you go below 50% of the value, e.g. have combined commander+building bonus of +70% to resupply, and resupply a 100 cr fleet for 1 ship, costing 30 cr, the max price you will get if you sell is what you spent, 30 cr...

Sounds great, but what if you capture a fleet and then sell that fleet? Won't you get a lot less then it is worth?

Maybe it can check to see if the ships were built by you. But then again, that would make it easy to abuse the system.
