if you atttack with few ships you take few segments, so its best to attack with a few thousand decoys or such.. like if you attacked with like 1 ship odds are you wont get any segs.. but mroe ships you can get a few thousand...

yea, set some sort of minimum, that way you can at least have SOME reward other hen hurrting them, because eventually they'll come back up, so it's a waste to attack people.
