I am in the "Ancient Commander" encouter, and it loops like 10 times already, each 25 turns.
250 turns for a BIG NOTHING !!!!

It isn't me that want to go through the 10 X 25 turns loop, it's that the thing is BLOCKING other encounters !!

um what is your problem here exactly, if its not working then try a different option, or leave, if anoher encounter isnt showing up after for have already staarted this one then it is likely that there is not another encounter there

Emi has told me in the past that you can sometimes switch to other interactive missions by just refreshing the page. Doesn't always work but have seen the mission suddenly change whilst I've been doing encryptions.

That's exactly what happened to me.
Doing one mission, until the last stage, go back to resupply fleet, come back, heck, mission 1 disappeared and mission 2 took over.
So have to do mission 2 in order to get back to mission 1.
But mission 2 keeps on looping on that stupid "surround and attack" thing that cost 25 turns EACH TIME.
Which means, not only I lost 250 turns for no reason, the FINAL REWARD that I should have gotten from mission 1 also gone.

Well if there are more encounters / missions etc in that particular system, you will see a random selection of what is there.
Sometimes if you refresh your get the other missions, sometimes you have to clear the ones there to get to the next ones.
The loop thing is because that particular option has a low change to succeed, you may want to try the other option... I am going to look at that mission, maybe we can tweak it abit...

I did refresh. Many times. Result the same. Mission is missing, replaced by mission 2. It's like I was FORCED to take mission 2 no matter what.  All the CP and whatnots from mission 1, gone !! |

I must say that has happened to me before and I've had to give up on it as the mission blocking it was too powerful for me to clear. Updating the page doesn't always work, in fact it seems to only work when you dont want it to.

True.
But in my case, both missions 1 & 2 are within my range.
It's just that mission 2 got stuck in a loop, costing me 25 turns and there you go.....
