I agree that you must attack players and be the best, but don't do it evryday to get peeps angry, because it might start a huge war.

if you think that stratagy will get you to the top. However, you need to watch who you attack. If you attack the wrong alliance you will find very quickly that you will fall and fast. There are a few alliance in this game do have the ability to fight in a coordinated fashion and bring most any foe to thier knees quite rapidly.

it is about attacking, but stategically attacking ppl so you can still grow ing power and be the best ;)
