This is in the wrong place but I'm curious haw this can be?

first list is remote assault ranking at 11:28 gmt today
Second list is Top Ranking at the same time,

How come Gazkul is ranked 18 on the top rank page but doesn't appear on the remote assault page?

Gazkul attacked me at 13:00 gmt, he is at lvl 19 on the top rank list now and still does not appear on the remote page.
