Well think of it as a dept to pay if you hired workers they would reach 0 again... could be lag that caused it.

There were more than 29 trill in the sb and I moved 29 trill elsewhere, with all due respect I don't think I should have to incur further costs to bring the worker pop to zero since I started with more than this in the first place

to be precise there were 29.091.050.340.588 in the sb

in most negative places in the game like this you can just deposit one and it will jump back up to 0...
