Is it possible to attack others hiding in nebula?

I was attacked and ended up in the nebula. The opponent then scout for my secret base. 38 seconds later he found my secret base, and raided it.

What I don't understand is, isn't the nebula protection lasted for 24 hours? How can it be that only after couple of seconds the opponent locating my secret base?

Yes. After first attack, all my fleet gone, I ended up in the nebula.

Okay, just so I can get a clearer picture:

1. Did you see all of those messages when you logged on or when you online when he attacked?
2. How do you know you were in a nebula? Can you see a small timer on screen?

My theory is that he did not neb you in the first attack. He has to destroy 20% or more of your total fleet power and it seems you lost just one ship in the first attack and I therefore doubt whether you had enough power out to be nebbed in the first attacked.

yea i agree with tony, all the attacks must have been before you were nebbed, unless it was at the incursion but that seems unlikely becuase you need to wait 2 minutes between attacks at the incursion
