Well who says he was at 77 bill fp when he attacked you? Second what power were you at?

I was in the same incursion when he attacked you, there is no restrictions on attacks there. You were just extremely unlucky that your 95% warp chance did not work, thats assuming you had warp set to warp at max opportunity or near to.  Last round I had Cammy hit me twice and I didnt warp so got zero'd.
