hmm maybe you can try to clear up the "noise" on the 4th one, make the line a bit smoother - remove the block sploches (on the white line thingy whatch-a-ma-call-it only), or blur/smudge out the black to make it more cleaner.. its looks really good other than that though.. the fade around the circle looks really good, now if you can imitate that on the line shooting out of it :p the last one, nice  |

yeah, the second one is meant to be cartoon-y / poster like, the non smooth fades are intentional.

the 2nd to last? eh.. i like the look the black sploches on the white "explosion line" just seem like they dont fit... everything else blends.. i think its because it goes from a white to a black with no transition at all..

a bit of both tbh. I have done a few real money commissions in photography, computer based work and one canvas. mainly I enjoy using photoshop and illustrator to make pretty lights.
