Counter

 Some of my friends are unable to counter a fiend who has attacked many and has fallen well below their ranks. I believe counters should be valid at any rank so none may exploit the system of the game. Alicaryn Mitarashi(#45215) among others has found this exploit useful in his recent massive assault of approximately 35 attacks.
 I do not believe Alicaryn Mitarashi(#45215) should be protected from the people he is bullying. Please, Sir Emi, restore fairness to the game. Allow counters at any rank at any time regardless of power percentages.
