Combat Item Usage

One of the things that makes me not use combat items in pvp other then marine items is the fact If I Dont want them to be used up doing PvE attacks. I have to use them right before I attack. This is not that practical for me as I sell any item I don't use and quite often sell the items I was planing on using in a attack by mistake.

I propose a option to turn using items on/off when doing PvE like the Fleet Cost Calculator. Or some other method of doing this.

Am I crazy or would you like to see this option?

Edit: I see someone said they would like it with some changes. Could you please post what you would like to be changed?

used 8 good hp items by accident today...

a warning that ur about to use them might be desirable ..

Hum what if there was a box you had to check when making a attack to use items? That would work better of course you would still auto use them when you attacked by other players.

Hows about in every fleet selection window, below it u get an imbedded combat items window, which will allow you to quickly select/deselect items?

how about warning in big red lettering on the attackpage if items r about to be used
