I've noticed that when you go to view/edit fleet and you got a ship that has its hp 10x than its weapon you'll get this:



When you do missions you get this:



See the difference between the two? question

Yes, its when crew bonus gets poured into the HP instead of the gun.

have 10 times more hp than attack i think, boarders will get bonus on hp for example
