No that is the point. *sigh* I swear, I'm getting Emi to let me clarify this part of ToS if it's the LAST thing I do.
Limitations
(I) The maximum amounts of accounts per person
You may have multiple accounts only on those circumstances:
You do _not_ use your accounts to help one single account.
You may _not_ finance a lower power account with a higher power one in orther to do damage to lower people using the higher account resources
Multiple accounts are allowed, so no problem there. His attacks happened well apart from each other, therefore he did NOT use another account to benifit one or the other, as you had more than enough time to rebuild your defenses, and there was a nebula in between them.
And he is obviously not financing one of his accounts with the others. There,warboss has not broken ToS, and no actions will be taken.
To clarify this further, as long as the attacks are not one after the other (like, warboss destroys all your ships, and THEN Xor attacks for segs/raids your base while youre defenseless/uses counters while you are in neb with no ships), you may attack someone with multiple accounts, as it's the same as if you were playing the 2 accounts seperately.
I'm sorry if you don't like this, but it's just the way it is. I'll leave the topic unlocked however, for further discussion if you feel it is needed.
Yes, but on two different days. as far as i'm concerned, I attacked, gave him full 24 hours to attempt a counter, by himself,or with help, now I can do another attack with one of my accounts. its illegal to attack with 2 accounts AT THE SAME TIME.
If it was illegal to attack anyone u already attacked with one account, then i would not be able to hit anyone with xor
That is correct warboss. (you ended up posting while I was still ruling, lol.) As long as the attacks are spaced out, you can hit with multiple accounts. Rule is usually 24 hours before you can hit someone with another account.
