How do i use speacials, like a silver hack card?

Go tothe main screen in the game were it says welcome (your name) your mothership is ready to recieve orders

beside that their should be to pictures one on the right the other on the left click the one on the left and a screen should come up listing your items or their catagory click the catagory and it shows the item check the bx next to it and press use item that should work

right above the logout button.  or you can hit the items interface button on the galaxy travel page, right below the mine asteroids button.
