New options in account room

- Option to change username, every 30 days.
- Option to transfer remaining days of Gold Account to another user / server, every 30 days.

In order to limit abuse, these options are only available to Gold accounts.
The time limits of one change every 30 days are also to limit abuse.

Password is required before commiting a Gold transfer or username change. Every action is logged for your security.
