Mining Items at high encrypt

I think there is a bug with mining items.  I am getting the feeling that it has something to do with encrypt level.

After I exceeded 1000 encrypt I seem to be getting no mining items.  THe drop ratio is supposed to be 1 in 160 missions.  I would average around 750 to 1,000 missions a day - that means I should average around 4 to 6 mining items a day - but I have got zero (ZERO) (0) for about the last week - so 7,000 missions with not a single mining item?

Its outside the realms of chance - there is definitely a problem.

Also - I have got no turns items - it didnt really concern me, because I knew turns very very rare.

However - you posted that the drop ratio is 1 per 650 missions.  So in 7,000 missions I should have averaged around 10 - but IVe got ZERO zero none nil nix nada ...

Theres an issue with these drops Emi - it may be some interaction with encrypt level.

I know that the table must have been designed for SOMAIN, which is designed to have a finite duration before reset - therefore there is some cap in the table. 

THe items are not generated randomly - they exist in a table and are selected - theres some issue with high encrypt levels and the algorithm that selects an item reward.

Got a mining item today - so they arent entirely extinct - this is the first in a very very long time though.

I checked it out and made some small adjustments on SO Main for the encrypts items rarity. Let me know how it works out.
