My reputation is not increasing I have done about 80 Successful mothership ship missions in the past 24 hours and Failed no more then 10 but my Reputation keeps decreasing.

Mothership missions barely increase your reputation, try encrypts, encounter and reavers ;)

Barely is an understatement I did 100 successful mothership missions today and my rep is the exact same. The thing is last round when I did them my rep went up quite fast what if the amount of rep gained is based on the fleet power you face?

Yes i think so aswell, after 250 succesfull MS without a single fail I think I got 1 rep up 16
