Ok, I've worked out how to get them from game directly but the images I have stored already I'm having difficulties with. I had stored them on a spreadsheet page but this doesnt allow me to upload them to a storage site. I might have to update all the images next round as I gain rank, providing I dont get Zero'd every day!!
