well, when they know how the game works, and they can fight/live/survive on their own...
And if they are near or in the top if you ask me, in the top 100 then he knows it pretty well, and if a member comes in the top 50 he's graduated if you ask me...
But it's up to them if they stay or leave and go on

I forgot to mention that I am no longer the leader of this alliance, I stepped over to Dooms Day Defenders, the current leader of Earthlings is monkey12321 (#39433) you could try and join the alliance, I think he will accept you, and if not just say so and I will have a word with him

Well, the plan was so I could have alot of fun, with no truces, but things changed since I'm not even in top 10 anymore, and I play like 1 hour each 2 days, I mine alot... Don't do much anymore these days...
If I wanted I could prolly stick with top 10, I dunno, I guess I won't find out 'cus I got a way better game to play... it starts with a G and ends with an F :-) ( GF a.k.a. girlfriend )

And why I left? it's not sumthing for me, to be a leader, I just like to be a grunt, too much responsibility for me, bah... and it's not orriginally my alliance But my alts, so I have no thingy to stay there...
I think I'll stay here for quite a while, I suit just fine here
