I recently noticed U4GM has a range of Dune Awakening items for sale. I?m torn: part of me really wants to pick up a rare skin or mount, but another part is wary of the risks involved. Wanted to get community input before making a purchase.

Questions I have:

How do they deliver digital items for this game? Is it via in‑game mail, codes, or do they require account access?

Has anyone had their items removed later by game devs?

What about support: if an item doesn?t arrive, do they refund, replace, or fix the issue?

I found one Reddit thread where someone said they bought a ?legendary weapon skin? from U4GM and it came in two days. Another user said the skin glitched or didn?t show the correct legendary animation. So mixed feedback.
